Ability to use unresearched buildings in planning mode

I'd love to have the ability to use all available buildings in planning mode - not only the already researched ones.
When I plan production or transport, I know I want to upgrade to this and that after some time of research. But it's tendious to leave proper space, choose correct connector spots etc.

factorio handles this well if you need inspiration - including handling of recipes you don't have access to yet :)
