Ore Sorters should have configurable Export routes

Currently Ore sorters can only have Import route configured, but why not Export too? This way sorter can have dedicated control tower for dumping filtered materials without the need to construct dedicated storage for each type (dirt, rock, slag, sand)

I would assume that that was a deliberate choice because of how big the internal storage of the ore sorter is. So they disabled exporting so if you want that feature you have to build more stuff. I can't imagine why it got the ability to import but not export if there wasn't a reason, but if there wasn't a reason then obviously I'm on board with this.
