Let saves have a comment

As a convenience, introduce comments to game saves. So one can note what was going on, current problems/crisis, next steps etc. You get the picture. Particularly useful when you are in heavy sandbox mode trying out a lot of things :). Currently the only way is to squeeze it somehow into the filename.

you need a note pad
a pencil or pen
or use the built in Windows notepad
you have options to solve your issue already, no need to complicate the save process.

I usually put that in the save game filename i.e.:
Year0023 Mk2 Blast Furnace needs building.
Year0039 Death Spiral of Starving citizens.
