Panic Button

Add a Panic Button toggle, which pauses/restarts everything. For use in death spirals when some pesky entity is sucking up needed resources and you can't find it. Should also pause World Map entities also.

What would be the practical difference between this panic button and just pausing the actual game?

you have a pause button
there are settings to turn on auto-save
you can save a game at anytime, then... RELOAD it!
a panic button? lol
