Settings toggle to turn off scaffoldings

I keep finding myself trying to align perfect pipeline and auto scaffoldings just break it for me. I keep aligning everything with 4 width gaps and it mostly works but perhaps ability to just turn those off completely would remove the pressure from my OCD. Or maybe a button to recompute them all in some reasonable fashion :)

Yes, have the pipelines ignore gravity and hover magically without any support.
