Ability to see and remove contents of balancers (as with transports)

We can see the contents of transports and have trucks empty them or use unity to quick remove them if necessary. Somehow some naphtha got into my diesel balancer and it was extremely annoying to get it out without deleting things. If there is some reason why displaying the contents isn't an option, being able to blindly delete the contents would still be a valuable, if niche, ability.
