Allow trucks to be assigned to the shipyard.

So often the shipyard is jammed, and the products are never removed. We need the ability to assign trucks to the shipyard so it can be cleared.

No real point to this. This problem can be solved by connecting storage to the shipyard and assigning trucks and/or setting priorities to clear the shipyard.

You cannot connect anything but fuel to shipyard. Also cannot assign the shipyard as a import or export source. My only success is have unload and load set to priority one and place storage close to the shipyard.
