Memo on each building

How about having a small memo spot on each machine screen? Currently, we can already change the name of each machine capable of customization. Sometimes, it's pain in the ass to remember specific condition of each machine like "Don't pull this water. It just matches acid production.", "Never lower the bar below II of this FBR. It will stop all the other FBRs!". Esp, when I come back to old saves or a corner of the island.
