Add a new category of food supply - drink. Liquid drink can be made from juice/cola/milk etc. and then packaged into bottles in bottling factory.
Some drink example:
Juice: Fruits -> juice(liquid) in mill. Juice(liquid) + plastic -> juice(bottle) in bottling factory.
Cola: CO2 + sugar + water (+something else for flavor) -> cola(liquid) in food processor. Cola(liquid) + plastic -> cola(bottle) in bottling factory.
Milk: Raw Milk from cowsheds + steam -> Sterilized milk(liquid) ... It depends on if cow industry is planned.
