Recycling rockets

Launching rockets costs huge amount of resources. Modern technology already allows us to recycle launched rockets to save resources.
Rockets should have level 3 to enable recycling. After the rocket falls down to the ground, special building and vehicle can extract some meterials from it.

Better yet, build chopsticks on the launcher and catch it just like Elon Musk does.

As the current rocket is already Falcon 9-like: Add landing zones, a machines that folds up the landing legs, and a machine that combines the recovered 1st stage with a new 2nd stage.

Perhaps capturing an asteroid and landing it at a designated landing site already constitutes a form of rocket recovery.
