Since the balancer dont have any storege buffer they dont alowed to keep large circles of tiem flow and the circles sometimes jam. Usuly with water.A simple fluid storage with one imput set to fill to 50%, and second imput open to full would make it wark. E.G. reclaim water from Sour Water Stripper and water from Fuel Gas Cracking Unit to be use in steam production for Oil production. Using N2 and O2 from one air separator may create sitiation when: one is used other is wasted, both are used, but if both are not needed at the moment u cant automaticly stop production and both will be waseted in moke stacks (energy and resorcers aint free)
