Allow Train Renaming in the Train Line's Train Tab and when creating trains.

Currently the only way to name a train is to click on the train, then rename it. You should be able to name it at creation a rename it when looking at the list of trains on the line In the train line Panel on the Train Tab, where all the trains on the line are listed.
Renaming the trains is PiA right now, as you can look at trains in the list and click to where it is, but when is moving, its quickly off spot and you select the track where it was. So I end up pausing game just so I can rename a train.
