Rail Setting for Restricted Track.

Currently I have issues with trains taking detours through stations and stopping blocking the trains that need to be there from fitting. It would be nice to be able to stop trains from going where whey shouldn't either a line restriction, where only certain lines can use that track when calculation routes, or only allow trains that have a station on that section from using that section for route selection.

Yeah having a toggle for "only allow trains with this station on their schedule to pass through this station" sounds like a good QoL improvement.
