Add "Does Not Count Toward Total" Toggle to Storage Buildings

Make an option toggle "Yes/No" for every storage building - "Does Not Add Total To Storage". Default "Yes"
This will not add the contents of this building to the total item count as seen on the "quickbar" on the right (by default).
Why? -
I divert a small amount of most resources to storages that are essentially reserved for building/upgrading my factory. It would make it convenient if the quantity of these diverted resources were not added to the "quickbar" summations that are usually visible on the right side of the screen. I'm sure there are other valid reasons why you would not want to add certain storages to your always visible quickbar.
