Mixed material hopper / belt / stacker

To improve efficiency at mines and be able to make more permanent centralised sorting hubs /loading stations.
Id like a simple "hopper" I can build next to my quarry face. It takes mixed loads, loads it onto a mixed material belt then a stacker dumps it conveniently next to my sorter or where ever required.
Yes I'd need diggy boys at both ends but it would massively cut down on truck miles, as it can be destroyed/rebuilt easily as thr mine grows and it means I can have larger, more permanent mining hubs / train stations.
Would also massively speed up terraforming if you can just belt away / dump mixed materials to sort later.
