Allow a RMB to used to remove mining instruction area when placing Retaining walls.
It would be nice to be be able to remove a mining area blocking placing retaining wall by using the RMB, as its not used for anything else when placing the retaining walls. Swithing modes and removing selection then selecting the correct wall again is a little extra work that is not needed.
