Because now we have to re-lay railroad track when we deconstruct station module, when we do it railway connection itself is lost till we rebuild railroad tracks.
It is a lot inconvenient and not realistic. Just deconstructing buildings only while sparing tracks is certainly possible. Now constructing stations on the top of existing tracks is possible. The reverse should be possible.
