Allow trucks and conveyors to pass under solar panels.

As title says, solar panels are high enough off the ground to let normal Trucks and up to height 1 conveyors pass underneath. This would also allow players to integrate solar panels much more into builds instead of having basically dedicated solar fields.

Dedicated solar fields is actually how it works IRL. Besides nothing prevents anybody from leaving gaps in solar fields for relevant transport.
