please put the downgrade button next to the upgrade button - not hidden in a submenu.
For me it happens a lot that I have to downgrade during during construction, so I need this button more often even than the upgrade button.

Yes, I suspect there's a lot more demand for "go down 1 step" than for "go up/down 2/3 steps"
