Ability to set train length limit in a station

Would allow for the user to set a train *length* limit in a station so you can use trains on a single line that are different lengths. This would be helpful in cases where you're distributing cargo around but have different demand rates or space constraints.

Just use separate train lines for trains of different lenghts. Having train length limits would clash with limiting number of trains incoming anyways.
