Better patfinder for trains

Trains follow one another and reach a fork in the track. Beyond the fork, they must continue following one another—the track is clear.
The second train slows down before the fork, even if the first train can fit completely after the fork (there are no stopped trains ahead), and then proceeds without slowing.
This creates a traffic jam of trains slowing down and starting again.

1. I cannot see the linked image. Are you sure it is seat to public and not to private, friends only, etc.?
2. The reason I wanted to see it is to check for curves that require a slower speed limit, as well as to scan for unknowns.
