Sodium Hydroxide

Lots of recipes involve adding salt to the chemical plant. These are similar to real world reactions using Sodium Hydroxide.
The game already uses Acid as a material, why not introduce Sodium Hydroxide directly in a similar way?
Electrolyzer II: Brine -> Chlorine + Hydrogen + Caustic Soda (Dilute)
Distillation III: Caustic Soda (Dilute) + Steam -> Brine + Sodium Hydroxide + Steam Depleted
Change recipes requiring salt (Alumina, Titanium Sponge) to use Sodium Hydroxide.
Change recipes using Limestone to neutralise acid to use Sodium Hydroxide instead.

Agree. When I electryse brine I wonder why NaOH isn't produced.
