I think that would require having internal limits of those resources, and it already has limit of 400 items. Could be problematic combining all of those.
My suggestion is to bring the warship's maintenance items in, as it takes years for them to be delivered, even with high priority. With storage facilities, it would be easier to allocate the correct resources for ship repairs.
