Button to order a vehicle to 'Refuel Now'

When I send crews to far away locations to landscape, I want them to be fully fueled. Otherwise they will reach their destination, only to return immediately to refuel. How can I force them to refuel?
NB. smarter (predicitve) refuelling checks or an increased incentive to refuel when idle (of course, considering current fuel level and distance to fuel) would also suffice.
