The module cannot adjust its direction using the "F" key

For the modules in the residential area, the direction should be adjusted before placement, but they will automatically revert to their original position during placement. By "adjusting the direction", I mean swapping the left and right positions, not rotating

I think you might have misunderstood me. When I mentioned "modules", I was referring to certain facilities in the settlement, such as "water supply facilities". I wanted to swap the positions of the water and wastewater interfaces at the same location, but it's not possible
