Automated train scheduling

Right now for low frequency train lines the train spends a lot of time waiting. You even have to plan for that by adding wait stations to the schedule to avoid blockages. It would be better if a station could request products if it has enough space. You could also configure a minimum delivery amount. Trains wait in designated depot areas and get assigned on deliveries when both supplier stations have the product and the requester station demands it It does not make sense to load a train that then has to wait until somebody needs the product. This would lead to better train utilization since trains are not assigned to specific lines but to delivery jobs that can vary. That would also lead to less congestion because overall fewer trains will be needed. That would also make train schedules optional. For downward compatibility they could still stay in the game.
