Cargo Ships as transport

with all the changes of the pathfinding for ships, it would be easier to implement local cargo depots exchanging resources around islands with normal import/export options. would be nice sending ships around to far reaching areas, still understand that that's why trains was implemented. but now with bridges and more islands, cargo ships can be a nice alternative way of transport
