Transport lft upgrade

We are familiar with the current transport lift, which takes us up one level at a time, but i suggest that you could create a transport lift that can serve multiple heights, allowing you to save even more space and gain a slightly better overview. Of course, each level you want to go higher comes with an extra cost, and i would suggest that you take the base price and add it as you go higher. So if you want a lift from level 0 to level 3, it's the base price x 3.
