More Area Tools - area deconstruction cancel, switch belt/pipe direction, forestry designation

Area tools for deconstruction cancel (currently after making mistake with area deconstruction, need to cancel deconstruction one by one).
Button to automatically designate forestry designation under forestry tower area.
Area switch belt direction - will switch all directions of train modules, belts, pipes, lifts, and maybe storages under the area

switch belt direction could be integrated into the area upgrade/downgrade tool. Mass switching belt direction is something I've wanted before. Also it'd be cool if that tool could have the option to only target things at a certain height so you can hit all your belts on elevation 1 but skip all the ones on elevation 2.
