Possibility of connecting overpasses with a bridge

My railway network consists of elevated tracks located next to each other. It would be convenient to extend them with a bridge in the right places without having to build embankments up to the sixth level—a simple concrete platform would be sufficient, in my opinion.

There's no connection at the moment.
I see similar designs in real life, and I'd love to use them in the game—they look neat.

Oh yess. This would be so conveniant at the moment in my current playthrough. Bridges are brilliant but they need some more optimizations to make them really useful. But I bet they work on improvements. COI is one of the best-developed games I’ve played in Early Access so far.
