upgrade button for rail crossings and rails

i think rail crossings and rails should have an upgrade button like factories to mass electrify them as it can get quite tedious to manually delete and then place new electrified ones especially when you have a big rail network or have a lot of crossings(or both)

I haven't tryed this (and i'm not at my PC), but can you try force-building (by holding Shift) the new one over the old one?
