Trucks that can't deliver should either count as unassigned or a separate category
I have so many trucks that for whatever reason are full of stuff but can't deliver it. Some are useful like the ones in coal mines, but others just got stuck unable to deliver something and are doing nothing, yet they're not showing as unassigned so i can't fix the problem. Please fix.
