Please allow us to construct underground pipelines

Currently, underground water pipes are allowed to exist, but their construction method is too cumbersome: first digging the ground, placing the pipes, and then backfilling.
Why can't we just take it easy? When constructing water pipes, we can simply press the "Q" key to set the depth to -1 level.
If this function is implemented, our factory can be beautified a lot.

Actually, you can already do that
Just dig a trench, lay your pipeline, and fill the trench back in.
But it is rather fiddly and time-consuming this way
It was one of the first things I tried when I played the game for the first time

In real world you need to first dig trenches too to lay pipes underground. Although there could be some pipe-laying mechanism to make it easier.
