Improvements for train scheduling

1.: An option for station modules to link Storages for the purpose of deciding it is full or empty.
2.: In addition to the current option to limit the number trains dispatched to a station in total. An option limit the number of trains per Item (for station that handle multiple goods).
3.: My current Refinery is set in such a way that incoming trains go into a dead end stacker (with way points on each track, 12 in total) and than reverse into the stations (also dead ended). All 12 way points are in the schedule as alternate destinations. Unfortunately this really bloats the scheduling window. So an option to have these 12 items be displayed in a condensed form would be nice.
