Excavators began driving to gas stations instead of waiting for a fuel truck.
The gas station can drive under overpasses and pipes, but the excavator can't. However, it moves slooooowly across the entire map, avoiding obstacles, which it shouldn't be doing. It should be digging or standing still. Just like in Update 3.
