For large escavations work and terraforming the island at scale, would be nice to pair the new Stacker with a "stacker escavator". an escavator similar to the stacker that extends itself and allows to dig forward and dump straight into the stacker without the need for trucks.

I propose to include this equipment in the form of a rotary excavator as the next round of the mining industry. This technique exists in reality and implementing it at a later stage would be an excellent solution. Mechanically, it can be implemented in the same way as the Stacker tower, only in reverse. And for quick unloading of rock, implement a 4th level of chute
