A hotbar in which and from which you can drag your your most-used construction buildings. So you do not have to open the category - searching mentally and visually for "which one is it?", get the proper item, select its Tier - but simply drag buildings you've placed in it. Tier2 Storage Loose Container? Just drag it from your hotbar.
