Construction Parts input for Stacker Tower

The stacker tower can almost be fully automated with no involvement from trucks. But it still needs trucks to deliver construction parts to build extensions. If construction parts could be delivered by belt, then the stacker tower could operate in a logistics zone that has no trucks in it. Currently this can be done using unity building but it would be nice to not have to rely on that.
