We all know that we can set different priority levels.
Wouldn’t it also be useful to be able to create a general priority list?
For example, you create a new industrial area, with conveyor belts, factories, warehouses, etc.
Currently, you have to select the priority for each building or each section of conveyor belt individually.
So, with this new list, you would no longer need to select each building separately to set the priority level; instead, they would all be built with the same group priority that you have set.
These priorities can then be overridden on a per-building basis if desired.
Furthermore, the list will take into account the available resources, so that if a building has group priority 1 but no resources are available, the system will automatically move on to the next building according to the set priorities.
If resources then become available again for that other building, its construction will resume.

Perhaps a combination of both?
