Allow balancers to be directly attached to buildings, this does not work now, you need always 1 pipe/belt between.
Allow dynamic priority, just like with buildings, so you can make something like, use input 1 first, then input 2 and then 3 ( same for output ).
This makes it easier to consume ouput from specific buildings first.
