UI: Highlight transports connected to a building

Add a button / checkbox on the construction window to let you highlight transports connected to a building. Ideally, that would highlight even after junctions, so you can see the whole "graph" of connections. I'd use a different highlight color for each port on the building, so it's easy to distinguish between the transports
