Random pirate raids (lategame)

I would like to see random pirate raids on the map.
A notification could be displayed.
Maybe need the requirement for a building like Radar station or send the ship on patrol (needs to have food packages loaded in order to patrol, crew supplies).
Radar or patrol ability could be development, shipyard II or a combination of both.
Additionally I could imagine, that raids on other villages could give extra reward, if you help to defend successfully.

Maybe, in this context, shipyard II could the offer ports to output materials (see other suggestions).
This would simplify managing the "loot".
