Extend Shift delete to remove stacker tower + extensions

Would be nice if the shift functionality was extended to stacker towers & extensions so it would enable deleting the original tower plus all connected extensions in one go when targeting the tower or any extension - a very logical extension from belts since the stacker tower extensions have no use without the stacker tower and you're often going to want to remove the entire construct at once.

I would love this, it's quite a bit of work to remove a 200-length stacker extension chain.
