At the moment you cannot dispose waste water on land. Leads in one game to the problem that there are cliffs but the tube of the waster dump facility is not long enough to reach the ocean therefore I cannot build it there. Physically correct the water would flow down the cliff into the ocean.
Would be great when this could be implemented.
