photo mode FOV slider

New content Graphics

With the addition of billboards and the dolly track mode, the game is getting more "media-friendly" so to speak. More things to facilitate content creation and screenshots. So this suggestion is in that vein.
In photography and videography, there are two main ways to make something bigger in frame; get the camera closer, and zoom in (aka narrowing FOV). Currently the only way in the game is to move the camera. The scroll wheel controls camera distance. Distance from camera to subject affects perspective in a few different ways. For example, getting very close to a subject instead of zooming in on it can cause a distortion effect as the edges of the object get much further away from the camera relative to the center. Another example is parallax effects on the background with a moving camera.
To illustrate the effect of lowering FOV instead of getting closer, I have included a screenshot that is taken from a close camera, and a screenshot that is taken from a distant camera and then artificially zoomed in by cropping and enlarging, which is a similar effect to lowering FOV / zooming in. The edited picture of course looks quite bad due to its low resolution from being cropped. But the lined up buildings appear visually more uniform in the edited picture, since the vertical perspective lines appear more parallel. Each building is being shot from a very similar angle, whereas getting the camera closer to the factory means that it is shooting the center building from a much different angle than the edge buildings.
