Currently, trains appear to align the first car with Waypoints and idle there, even if they are sitting on an intersection they could have cleared. This means Waypoint rail segments that want to accept trains from either end must be twice as long.
Would be nice to get a "make trains clear no-stopping zones" option. Or, better yet, make the Waypoint treat the entire rail segment as a part of the Waypoint, in which the train will try to move into as far as possible. This will also allow Waypoints to better utilize curved rail segments.
