Replace Multiple Tier 1 and 2 Storages with Tier 3+

It's currently possible to replace a single Tier 1/2 storage with a Tier 3 storage, it would be nice if it were possible to replace up to 4 of the smaller storages with a single large one. This is assuming they are arranged within the same footprint as the large storage
