add release vehicles button to the mining control tower

everytime i pause a mining site i have to remove all the one type of vehicle. get the error message. then remove all the other time of vehicle.
this takes time and causes unneeded errors. and that is if i only have 2 types.
can we get a button that releases all the vehicles from the tower in one shot?
