Go to Mining Tower from Area Designation

If my mining tower area designation is far from the tower, or I have several area designations near each other, would be nice to be able to 'zoom' back to the mining tower associated with the area (like clicking within the area, etc)

I use the excavators to find the tower (if there are still any of them working it - depends on any designations that still need work. before you mention that excavators leave when there is no work to be done - in such a case, create a new designation and catch the first vehicle that comes, then remove the designation if not really needed

another option is an auto zoom to view the entire covered area.

I think something like that is already done in experimental branch - but i have not tested it yet.
