Thermal Storage Tutorial.

To whom it may concern,
Many players do not understand thermal storage and its uses in making active fuel burning electric power and solar power as a thermal battery. Please have an in game tutorial or discretion in how it maybe used. Like in conjunction with surplus power and solar. It's under used because it's not understood and does have a learning curve for being and old technology.
